I can’t answer all those questions right here, but will leave you with one quick observation that I share with all potential buyers and sellers in new home communities that I hope gives you some perspective. In the same subdivision, new homes sell for 10% more than the same home as a resale. The rule is not always 100% accurate but I find it to be generally true. This rule means it is very important that you know how much a brand new home like yours is being sold for right now.While selling your home in a situation like this adds a layer of complexity, there are still plenty of things you can do to maximize the amount you net from the sale of your home.
