This month, Sarah Kiefer shares with us her business and what inspires her to build pools and serve Siena Round Rock and surrounding neighborhoods. What does your business do or what service do you provide?
Daisy Pools is a local, family-owned business specializing in custom, master crafted pools that combine quality construction and elegance. We aren’t fans of “cookie cutter” pools. We spend the time necessary to make sure your pool is a reflection of you. Pools bring people together so we aren’t just “pool builders” we are “relationship builders.”
Can you give some history of your business?
I grew as a division of Stonewall Pools which started in San Antonio and together, we now serve all of central Texas with over 20 years of combined experience in the custom pool business. Also, I am one of the few female pool builders out there.
What motivates you in your business?
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998 so I know the importance of movement and exercise. Water is easiest on the body when it comes to fitness. I can help people with this. Also, I believe pools are important for fellowship and bringing people together. I love a good party! I love the design part of the business as well. I have a creative brain and love designing beautiful backyard escapes! Lastly, I am a big believer in giving back and I can support local charities serving the homeless and elderly through my business.
What do you think sets your business apart?
#1 My priorities: God first, family second, pools third. #2 My communication: I think this is the key to any good business. I can’t stress enough how many problems could be fixed by good communications. #3 My focus: I never take on more than 1 or 2 pools at a time. I like to really focus on the customer I am currently serving. Quality over quantity.
Why did you choose Siena as your home?
What do you like most about living here? Quite simply, we liked the area and our realtor said it would be a good purchase. I have met the most wonderful neighbors already! Can’t wait to meet more!

I want to share with you my definition of customer service. It means doing WHAT we say we will do, WHEN we say we will do it, HOW we say we are going to do it, at the PRICE we say we will do it, and then we throw in a little extra TLC because we like doing business with you.
