Development Update: Siena Market

Siena MarketAs Siena continues to grow as a community, construction around Siena is also growing! One of the commercial developments around Siena is the buildings under construction at the Northeast corner of Limmer Loop – to be know as “Siena Market”.

The anchor for this commercial development (just south of the water tower) is the Chevron station and convenience store that will be known as “Siena Market”, similar to the “Paloma Lake Market” right across the street. The owner of the Paloma Lake Market is also the owner of this new development. In conjunction with the convenience store, a liquor store will also be opening.

The owner has also secured leases for a number of other businesses to fill the open spaces next to Siena Market. One space will be filled by a donut shop that will be operated by someone who owns a few other donut shops in the area. Another space will host a cell phone service & check cashing business. The last space will be either a smoothie shop or frozen yogurt shop – this is yet to be finalized.

All businesses, including Siena Market, should be open September 2019 if construction goes as planned.
