NEW Development Update – Traffic Signals for CR 110, CR 112 & CR 122 Construction
The community of Siena is anxiously awaiting the installation of the traffic signals at CR 110 and Limmer Loop. In our last update (which you can read here), we learned that the poles should have been delivered an installed by the middle of October. Well, here we are into November and this project has not moved forward much.

Development Update: CR 110 Construction, Traffic Signals & 130 Frontage Roads
Since the Siena Round Rock community first opened, the efforts to improve access and safety on our community roads has been ongoing. The completion of the CR 110 “South” project with the traffic light at US 79 was a huge improvement. Topics in this development update include further construction on CR 110, traffic lights at CR 110 & Limmer Loop, CR 112 expansion and a frontage road on 130 from Limmer Loop to US 79.

Development Update: Siena Market
As Siena continues to grow as a community, construction around Siena are also growing! One of the commercial developments around Siena is the buildings under construction at the Northeast corner of Limmer Loop – to be know as “Siena Market”.

CR 110 Light and Construction Update
Construction on CR 110 to improve traffic flow and give better access to Siena Round Rock has been ongoing for over a year now. Here is an update on the CR 110 for Siena Round Rock residents.

Construction for CR 110 continues to move along. In a recent update, Williamson County indicated that the right-of-way’s have all been purchased the the CR 110 construction to be eventually be completed past Chandler Rd (University BLVD), all the way to CR 105.
UPDATE: CR 110 Construction
Construction on CR 110 between HWY 79 and Limmer Loop should begin construction within a month according to Pete Correa, the assistant to the commissioner for Williamson County, Precinct Four.
