Siena Housing Market sees 44% increase to start 2022
The Siena Round Rock real estate market saw explosive growth in the first quarter of 2022. Across the board, the market saw the growth from 2021 matched or amplified in Q1 of 2022. In many ways, the Siena real estate market is right in line with the overall market in the greater Austin area but it is different in other areas.

Salerno Community Development Update
While development inside of Siena Round Rock is coming to a close, the development around our community certainly is not. Multi-family and commercial developments are in full swing and the Old Settlers extension project is moving through the planning phase.
Another project bordering Siena Round Rock is the new residential community of Salerno.
