In one of my recent development updates, I shared about the commercial space under construction at 101 Limmer Loop, next to the Siena Market stores. In this development update, I want to share with you recent news and changes to the current project and give you more information about what to expect in the coming months.
You might have noticed some dirt being moved and works surveying the vacant plot between the Siena Market stores and the Hutto Fire Station #3 – there is a new development coming to Siena at this site. The address for the new building will be 101 Limmer Loop, Round Rock, TX 78665.

A third middle school is in the works for Hutto. Its construction is set to move into its next design phase and will be built adjacent to Kerley Elementary off Haybarn Road.
A new apartment community is under construction on Siena’s south side – I’m sure you’ve notices the 3-story buildings going up near CR 110 and Sofia Pl. Wilson Capital is developing a new luxury apartment project at this location.
