Development Update: New Residential Community – Oasis at Round Rock

You might have noticed the construction going on the east side of CR 110 and wondered what it is. Urban Genesis currently developing a new rental community, The Oasis at Round Rock, located at 8050 CR 110 in Round Rock, just outside of Siena. Construction is already underway, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2026.

This development will span 31.17 acres and include 352 units, featuring a mix of single-family homes and townhouses built specifically for rent. The community will include a maximum of 40 detached units, with no more than five units attached per building.

Additionally, a private management company will oversee the upkeep of landscaping, irrigation, and all common areas, including private drives and stormwater facilities.

The Oasis is expected to provide flexible living options for those who prefer to rent rather than buy, while still offering amenities and conveniences typically associated with homeownership.
