Siena South Development Update: Multi-Family + Commercial
The next big road construction project to affect the Siena community has begun. The City of Round Rock and Williamson County will jointly work on the project to extend Old Settlers Blvd from CR 122 (Red Bud Lane) to CR 110.

The next big road construction project to affect the Siena community has begun. The City of Round Rock and Williamson County will jointly work on the project to extend Old Settlers Blvd from CR 122 (Red Bud Lane) to CR 110.

2020 Census For Siena Round Rock
The census is a population count required by the U.S. Constitution once every 10 years, to count every resident – regardless of origin or legal status – in the United States. The census counts everyone living in the country in order to provide an accurate population count that is used as the basis for reapportioning congressional seats, redistricting at all governmental levels, and determining how to distribute more than $675 billion in federal funding annually among the states and communities for the next 10 years. These federal dollars support our local schools, healthcare services, transportation infrastructure and systems, and much more.

Property Tax Video Workshop
Since my Property Tax Protest workshop that was to be held in March was cancelled due to COVID-19, I hosted a video conference event with Texas ProTax to help educate you and our neighbors on your options for protesting your taxes, updating you on WCAD’s current plans for protest hearings and answer your questions. Texas ProTax helped explain the process, answer questions and provided informational handouts with FAQs.
