The new project currently under construction is going to be a commercial strip center. The commercial building will have room for six suites with a variety of tenants. Pruneda Construction has been hired to complete the project by the owner and has already started work.

What is the timeline for the construction at 101 Limmer Loop?

When I was at the site a few days ago, they were completing some survey work on the land. They are pouring the slab in three weeks and should be starting vertical construction about a month after that. If everything goes according to plan, the outer shell of the building should be complete by the end of the summer. At that point, the finish out for any signed tenants will begin.

What businesses will be open at 101 Limmer Loop?

From my research, I was able to learn that the anchor tenant for the new building will be a sports bar. I do know the name of the sports bar but I am not sure if a lease has been signed so I do not want to disclose that yet. I’ve been told that other tenants under consideration or being pursued include a possible pizza store, a smoke shop and a Mexican restaurant. With space for six tenants in all, there is room for a wide range of new stores in the Siena area.
